Tom Filer - Pre-Season Pitching and Catching (PSPC)
"2 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS"
(Ages 13-18) Mons. and Weds. 7:30 - 9:00 PM. This is a six week program. Another great opportunity to work with Tom Filer, former MLB pitcher and current AAA pitching coach for the Indianapolis Indians of the Pittsburgh Pirates organization in a small group setting prior to the start of the season. Learn the mental approach to pitching and how to get hitters out from a Triple-A Pitching Coach! Develop effective offspeed pitches. Catchers will work with our staff separately and will integrate with the pitchers to gain further experience catching live.

"2 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS"
(Ages 13 to 18) This eight week program is one of our most popular programs of all time. Meets twice a week with four time slots available. Designed for the player who wants to prepare all of his skills for the upcoming season. Our flexible time slots accommodate the busiest schedule. Sessions available Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and Saturday afternoon from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. Strength and conditioning, plyometrics, agility training, and advanced skill training at specific positions are all included. Our highly acclaimed staff will work with you at the position of your choice. (Pitching will not be covered in this clinic). Total program is 24 hours of training for an incredible price of only $495.00.

For an additional $200 we will include advanced hitting instruction utilizing Mobile High Speed Video Analysis. Work with our professionals for eight weeks using our innovative techniques.
