Examine our list of Alumni. The Academy is well represented at every level. We are very proud of the fact that we work with players at all skill levels and help them develop to their full potential. We are not an elitist organization. We don't track down the most talented players in the region, so that we can take credit for their success.
We take an active part in making our players successful through concentrated instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing and catching. The All American Baseball Academy is not a fast food franchise. We don't need to "supersize" our operation. In other words we don't need to have an All American Baseball Academy in every town. Diluting the quality of an organization, for profit, simply does not work.
Qualified professional instructors are hard to keep. When a player feels comfortable working with an instructor, they want to keep training with that instructor. Our staff doesn't have a large turn over every six months. Our staff has endured and it is often expanded by our professional alumni who return in the off-season and pre-season. Some of our coaches have been with us from the start.
Do you want to be trained by professionals or high school students? Since 1998 our alumni have been hired by baseball academies all over the USA. Our staff members have been hired by highly acclaimed academies like IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. This is a testament to the superior level of quality we provide. It is not uncommon for Major League players to send their children to IMG to study the game.
Every year, between 1700 and 2000 players come through Academy programs because of the quality of our instruction. We feel that we have made a positive contribution to all of them. Our network of college placement grows every day. Every player who goes through our program and moves to the college or professional level expands our resources for the next player. Each year more and more of the players who trained at the Academy move up to the college and professional ranks. Do you have what it takes to become one of them?
